We care about your success. We want you to transform your health and reach your goals. The information in these courses has the potential to dramatically improve your health…But only if you watch them!

Take a couple minutes now to plan your success in this course

The fxWellness courses are short, concise, and easy for anyone to finish relatively quickly. However, many people find that they intend to do things, but then forget or ‘never get around to it’.

Studies have proven that if you simply state when, how often, and where you’ll do something, you dramatically increase your follow through!

Don’t say to yourself “I’m going to finish this course.” Rather, say “I’m going to watch this course for thirty minutes every weeknight at 8:00pm.” You can always do more if you want, but having a time trigger is super important!

Your success will be all but ensured if you simply take the time now to plan when and where you will watch these courses in the next week.

Steps to take:

  1. Get familiar with how long your course is in total so you see how quickly you can get through it.
  2. Decide how much and how often you plan to watch.
  3. Put reminders on your calendar, or create an automatic alarm on your phone to go off every day at the desired time. All smart phones have an easy way to set an alarm to go off. Have it go off at a time you’re usually able to take a break for watching.
  4. For extra support, write down your intention and put it in a place you’ll likely see it at the specified time!

That’s it! It’s easy. If you find yourself forgetting to take the course, just take a few moments to imagine when and where you’ll study, program reminders in your phone, and start listening! The courses are short and easy, but the information is priceless!

How to speed up the video playback

If you want to increase the playback speed of the recordings, you can download and install Chrome Web Browser, then install the Vimeo Repeat and Speed Chrome extension. Once it is installed, you can select the playback speed, usually set to about 1.5 or 2 if you want to listen at a faster speed.
